Empowering Communities. Creating Opportunities. Building Sustainable Futures.

FY 2025–26 marked another year of meaningful progress for Posterity Foundation as we continued strengthening our commitment to inclusive and sustainable social development. Through strategic CSR partnerships, community-driven interventions, and focused implementation, we worked towards expanding access to education, employability, sustainable livelihoods, healthcare, and community development across underserved regions of India.

Our initiatives during the year spanned nine states, addressing critical social and economic challenges through programmes designed to create long-term value for individuals and communities.

Key Highlights of the Year

Our flagship initiatives delivered progress across multiple development areas:

  • Women Empowerment: Trained over 635 women through the Women Livelihood & Skilling Initiative in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, facilitating more than 200 placements and creating pathways towards financial independence.

  • Education & Digital Inclusion: Strengthened digital learning infrastructure across 14 government schools in Bargarh, Odisha, and installed three smart classrooms in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.

  • Scholarship Support: Supported 237 students pursuing technical and vocational education across Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab through a transparent, technology-enabled scholarship programme.

  • Green Skills & Employment: Advanced renewable energy workforce development initiatives covering 150 youth in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and 80 youth in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh.

  • Community Development: Completed comprehensive Community Needs Assessment Studies across five villages in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, establishing evidence-based roadmaps for future CSR interventions.

Beyond our flagship programmes, the Foundation conducted community outreach initiatives covering menstrual hygiene awareness, preventive healthcare, blood donation, environmental conservation, financial and digital literacy, career guidance, disability inclusion, and workplace wellness.

Our Approach to Sustainable Impact

At Posterity Foundation, we believe meaningful development begins with understanding community needs. Our approach integrates grassroots assessments, collaborative partnerships, targeted programme design, on-ground implementation, and continuous monitoring to ensure that interventions remain relevant, inclusive, and sustainable.

Our work is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reflecting our commitment to quality education, gender equality, decent work, improved health, reduced inequalities, and environmental sustainability.

Looking Ahead

Building on the progress achieved during FY 2025–26, we aim to expand our interventions in education, skilling, women empowerment, renewable energy, and community development. Our future priorities include scaling smart classrooms, introducing STEM, Robotics and AI learning labs, strengthening scholarship and employability programmes, and advancing community health and environmental sustainability initiatives.

We extend our gratitude to our CSR partners, institutional stakeholders, implementation teams, volunteers, and communities whose collective efforts continue to make this journey possible.
